People Development Department at Lantek

Lidia Mendi has a diverse work experience. Lidia started working for Banco Vasconia in 1999 as an Administrative role. In 2000, they joined Lantek, where they worked in the Financial Department until 2010, handling tasks such as accountancy, tax reports, and cash-flow management. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an HR Manager at Lantek, responsible for payroll calculation, working agreements, and selection processes. In 2014, they returned to the Financial Department at Lantek until 2015. Finally, from 2015 onwards, they moved to the People Development Department at Lantek.

Lidia Mendi pursued their education from 1992 to 1998, attending both the Universidad de Deusto and the University of Deusto. At Universidad de Deusto, they completed a degree in Administration and Business Management, with a field of study in Marketing/Management. Simultaneously, they pursued an MBA - MDA in Applied Management at the University of Deusto, focusing on Management.
