India Floyd is an accomplished professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at PeopleScout since July 2021, India also holds the position of Human Resource Associate/Recruiter at Lantern Community since January 2019. Previous roles include Student Finance Manager at Brightwood Career Institute and Career Education Corporation, and Financial Aid Officer at PIT. India began a career in higher education as a Senior Student Financial Advisor at Katharine Gibbs School.
