Nicole Cost currently serves as the Director of Enablement & Operations at Lantern, where responsibilities include leading critical initiatives for the Commercial Team. Nicole has a strong background in sales enablement and operations, previously holding positions at Carrot Fertility, including Sales Enablement Program Manager and Manager of Sales Support, focusing on crafting winning proposals and enhancing internal content alignment. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Syracuse University as Lead Instructor and Internship Placement Coordinator, where engagement with students on professional development was a key aspect. Additionally, Nicole has experience in athletic marketing and promotions across various institutions, contributing to substantial increases in attendance and social media engagement in sports environments. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and a Master's degree from the University of Memphis in Sport & Leisure Commerce.
