Vickie Sweeting

Vickie Sweeting currently serves as Vice President of Member Experience at Lantern and has been in this role since March 2025. In addition, Vickie is self-employed as an independent consultant since July 2024. Previously, Vickie was the Head of Customer Excellence at Inspira Financial from December 2024 to March 2025, and spent over 14 years at Alight Solutions, ascending to the position of Vice President and also serving as Director of Customer Care, where Vickie managed teams and pursued new business opportunities. Earlier experience includes a 13-year tenure at American Express, culminating as Director of Customer Experience, overseeing project management teams and customer-driven initiatives, as well as roles in program management and business analysis. Vickie's extensive background encompasses team management and a diverse skill set exceeding 50 competencies.
