Vlad Radulescu

Vlad Radulescu is an experienced rewards and compensation professional with a strong background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Reward Consultant at Lantheus since February 2025, Vlad previously held the position of Sr. Reward Consultant at Insulet Corporation from July 2024 to March 2025. Prior to that, Vlad was the Director of Executive Compensation and Share Incentives at Flutter Entertainment Plc from July 2022 to May 2024. From December 2016 to May 2022, Vlad acted as the Global Head of Reward at Aggreko, and earlier in their career, Vlad was the Manager of Corporate Performance & Reward at Colt Technology Services from September 2012 to November 2016.
