Ieva Harjo

Ieva Harjo has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Ieva currently works at Lantmännen Unibake as the Change & Learning Lead, responsible for managing change and learning in IT projects. Prior to this, they worked at Coloplast as a Sales Excellence Manager, where they focused on change, communication, and training activities related to global CRM. Ieva also has experience in training and communication coordination at GN Hearing A/S and as a Commercial Excellence Advisor at Commerzial. Additionally, they have worked in project management at Xellia Pharmaceuticals and as a research assistant at Copenhagen Business School. Ieva has also held positions in sales and marketing at LBN Medical A/S, Rumah Liburan, El-Protec, and as a professional singer at Singer.

Ieva Harjo completed a service design course at Copenhagen Business School in 2018. In 2015, they also completed a PhD course in Technologies of Managing at the same institution. Ieva holds a Cand. merc. International Business Economics degree from Aalborg University and a Bachelor in Business Administration degree, with a focus on Tourism and Hospitality Management, from Biznesa augstskola Turība. Additionally, Ieva Harjo obtained certifications in areas such as instructional design principles, project management, change management, and global mindset.
