Kati Haapa

Kati Haapa is an experienced professional in strategy and business development, currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Business Development for Fresh Finland & Baltics at Lantmännen Unibake since May 2021. Kati is responsible for driving business strategy and development projects within retail markets and is a member of the Fresh cluster management team. Prior to this role, Kati spent nearly 14 years at Vaasan Oy, holding various positions such as Interim Portfolio & Innovation Director and Cluster Portfolio Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing the competitiveness of the Fresh cluster portfolio across multiple markets. Earlier career roles include marketing and product management positions at Realia Group Oy, Huoneistokeskus Oy, and Orion Group NOIRO. Kati holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business Administration from Pirkanmaa University of Applied Sciences and is pursuing an AaltoJOKO Leadership Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.
