Mads Frydendahl

Mads Frydendahl is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as Concept & Product Development Manager at Lantmännen Schulstad since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Produktudvikler at Orkla Foods Danmark from October 2019 to November 2021 and Afdelingsleder at Timm Vladimirs Køkken from October 2018 to September 2019. Mads also contributed as a teacher at Timm Vladimirs Køkken and gained hands-on experience as a Handicapledsager at Granbohus from May 2011 to November 2016. Mads has a Master’s degree in Food Innovation and Health from the University of Copenhagen, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science, obtained in 2016. Additional volunteer work includes serving as an instructor at a culinary school for children and a teaching substitute for grades 0-9.
