Michael Nielsen

Michael Nielsen is an experienced professional in production and procurement management with a strong background in organizational change and process improvement. Currently serving as Global Business Process Manager at Lantmännen Unibake since October 2017, Michael has played key roles in ERP business transformation and change management, alongside implementing Dynamics AX across global production sites. Previous experience includes leading production operations at Tempur Sealy International, where responsibilities encompassed automation projects, lean development, and managing a team of 60 employees. Earlier roles at Haldor Topsoe A/S involved team leadership, technical support, and production planning.
