Ninni Viebke

Ninni Viebke is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and payroll with a comprehensive background in various roles. Currently serving as the Head of Payroll and HR Administration at Lantmännen since April 2018, Ninni previously held multiple positions within the same company, including Acting Head of Payroll & HR Admin and Payroll & HR Admin Manager. Prior roles include Job Coach at EnRival AB, HR-trainee at Lindab Sverige, and Assistant Personal Advisor at Danske Bank. Ninni is also the Owner & Founder of Glasseria Delfinen, where entrepreneurial skills were developed through managing a business with significant operational responsibilities. Ninni holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Halmstad University and has additional education from Thompson Rivers University.
