Shawn Foran

Shawn Foran is an experienced maintenance professional currently serving as the Director of Maintenance at Lantower Residential since April 2024, having previously held similar roles at Resource Property Management from August 2021 to April 2024. Shawn's earlier experience includes working as an HVAC/R technician at Stewart County Heating and Air, where responsibilities involved the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems. Additionally, Shawn established a Food Service Maintenance Department at Stewart County Board Education, focusing on maintaining cafeteria equipment for the school system. Currently pursuing project management certification at the University of South Florida, Shawn also has ongoing education at the University of Maryland and Central Texas College.
