Keren Bender

Keren Bender is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and legal affairs. Keren currently serves as the Senior Director of Legal & IP at Lantronix since 2021. Prior roles include Managing Counsel at International Flavors & Fragrances from March 2019 to January 2021, and various board positions at Wintegra Ltd./LLC and Microsemi entities from 2013 to 2019. Keren held the position of Chief Legal Officer, Associate General Counsel, and Director of Legal Affairs & IP Monetization at Microsemi Corporation from 2005 to 2018 and served as General Counsel at Quark Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Keren began a career in legal practice in the Hi-Tech Department at GKH Law Offices between 2004 and 2005, following an education at Bar-Ilan University from 2000 to 2004.
