Jeff Deavers has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Jeff started their career as an Estimating Manager and Inside Sales representative at Valley Blox in 1996, where they managed a residential material estimating division and was involved in sales, customer loyalty, and special projects. Jeff then worked at Priemer Moulding, where they handled marketing, outside sales, and operations responsibilities. In 2000, they joined Mathers Construction as a Project Manager and Estimator, focusing primarily on estimating and project management for renovation projects and pre-engineered metal buildings. In 2003, Deavers became the Director of Estimating at Nielsen Builders, overseeing the estimating department for the company. Most recently, they have been with Lantz Construction Company, initially serving as a Senior Estimator and later being promoted to the Vice President and Chief Preconstruction Officer role.
Jeff Deavers attended Bridgewater College from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Following this, they enrolled at Eastern Mennonite University, although specific details such as the start and end year, degree name, and any completed certifications are not provided.
