Andreas A. Stolze

Andreas A. Stolze serves as the Vice President and Head of Global Procurement Operations and Systems at LANXESS since January 2013. With a robust tenure at LANXESS, Stolze has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director, overseeing multi-billion Euro spending while driving the strategic plan-to-strategy process and managing supplier relationships. Stolze's expertise encompasses digital transformation initiatives, training programs for procurement employees, and involvement in mergers and acquisitions. Previous experience includes roles in marketing and sales for Humboldt Verpackungstechnik GmbH and a position as a Global Product Manager at LANXESS. Stolze holds an MBA and a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft and a language course certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Additionally, Stolze has provided governance oversight as a Supervisory Board Member at RSAG AöR.
