Anton Monakhov possesses extensive experience in sales and project management within the rubber and chemical industries, having worked at LANXESS since May 2009 in various roles, including Sales and Project Manager, Business Development Manager, and CIS Sales Manager, focusing on rubber chemicals and strategic sales to the tire industry. Prior to this, experience at ARLANXEO as Area Sales Manager involved managing the import and sales of rubber materials to CIS tire plants, while earlier roles at Owens Corning Fiberglas, Mechel, and Akva included direct sales, distribution network development, and business expansion in new regions. Educational qualifications include a degree in Economy and Management from the State University — Higher School of Economics and an engineering degree in Compound Materials from Moscow State University of Environmental Engineering.
