Axel Lache is the Head of Global HSEQ at LANXESS, having previously served as the Head of Production for the German Business Unit PLA from 2021 to 2025. They hold a doctorate in Chemistry from Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf, earned with distinction in 2000. Axel has extensive experience in leadership roles, including positions as R&D Scientist at Borchers GmbH and HSEQ Manager and Head of Global Production at LANXESS. Additionally, they were the Head of Manufacturing at Perlon-Monofil GmbH from 2010 to 2013.
