Frederique van Baarle

Frederique van Baarle is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the chemicals and materials industry, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Management, President, and Chief Executive Officer of LANXESS Corporation, as well as President of the Americas for the LANXESS Group since May 2011. Frederique has held various senior leadership roles at LANXESS, including Senior Vice President for High Performance Materials and Global Procurement & Logistics. Additionally, Frederique is a current Member of the Board of Directors for the American Chemistry Council, having previously served as an Ambassador for The Sustainable Procurement Pledge and as a Steering Committee Member for TfS - TOGETHER FOR SUSTAINABILITY. Prior experience includes a directorship at DSM Elastomers BV and several roles at DSM from 2000 to 2011. Educational qualifications include an MBA from TSM Business School and a BA in International Marketing Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, complemented by a certificate from INSEAD.
