Heather King possesses extensive experience in payroll management and human resources, currently serving as the Global HR Process & Project Expert for the Americas at LANXESS since September 2018. Previous roles include Payroll Manager for North America and Senior Payroll Specialist, where significant achievements included leading payroll system implementations and enhancing operational efficiencies. Prior to LANXESS, Heather held the position of Payroll Supervisor at Kaman Corporation, overseeing payroll functions for 4,500 employees. Additionally, Heather has a background in payroll processing at Belmond Charleston Place and holds degrees in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
