Holger Wendt

Holger Wendt has extensive experience in the field of marketing and sales, primarily within the inorganic pigments industry. Since January 2004, Holger has held various senior roles at LANXESS, including Global Marketing Head of Market Segments for both Construction and Paints & Coatings, as well as positions in global key account management and regional sales across multiple territories including the Middle East, Africa, Japan, Korea, and the Nordic countries. Prior to joining LANXESS, Holger worked at Bayer from November 1986 until January 2004, where titles included Head of Sales D-A-CH and Sales Manager roles within the Functional Chemicals and Material Science Products sectors. Holger's early career also involved a significant commitment to volleyball, competing at high levels in Germany's leagues. Educationally, Holger has pursued training and coaching in colours as well as foundational education at Bayer AG and Hoechst AG.
