Joanne Ryder

Joanne Ryder is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs and product stewardship, currently serving as Head of Regulatory Affairs for the Business Line CARE at Lanxess since July 2022. Prior to this role, Joanne held the position of Lead Product Stewardship Regulatory Manager at International Flavors & Fragrances from February 2021 to August 2022. Joanne's extensive career also includes roles at The Dow Chemical Company as a Product Stewardship Regulatory Manager, and at DuPont as Lead Product Stewardship & Regulatory Manager. Additional experience includes a range of regulatory and management positions spanning over two decades at Rohm and Haas, where Joanne progressed from Senior Regulatory Specialist to various managerial roles. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Delaware Valley University.
