Lena Stein

Lena Stein is a Global Product Manager at LANXESS, where responsibilities include talent management for production and technology and expertise in corporate performance and talent management, a position held since October 2019. Prior to this, Lena served as an HR Specialist in personnel and organizational development at ALDI SÜD from January 2018 to September 2019. Lena holds a Master's degree in Business Psychology from Ruhr University Bochum (2014-2017) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology from the same institution (2010-2014). Additionally, Lena had a semester abroad studying Psychology at Universidad Santo Tomás in Colombia (2012-2013).
