Neelanjan Banerjee

Neelanjan Banerjee currently serves as Senior Vice President and Global Business Unit Head for Lubricant Additives at LANXESS, where responsibilities include managing overall operations in India and driving growth strategies across ten business units. With over 17 years at LANXESS, Neelanjan has held various leadership roles, including Vice Chairman and Managing Director, overseeing P&L and operational aspects of the largest business unit, Advanced Industrial Intermediates. Notably, Neelanjan integrated the Nagda site post-acquisition and significantly enhanced productivity and safety standards. Prior experience includes roles at ICI India and Indian Aluminium Company Limited, contributing to strong sales growth in various sectors. Neelanjan holds an Executive Education degree from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business and is actively involved in CSR initiatives as Chairman of the CSR Committee at LANXESS India.
