Ricardo Pinheiro

Ricardo Pinheiro is an experienced sales professional with a background in chemical engineering and business administration. Currently serving as Head of Sales for LATAM at LANXESS since May 2014, Ricardo leads the sales efforts for ion exchange resins within the LPT business unit. Prior roles include Sales Manager at Pentair Water do Brasil Ltda, where responsibilities encompassed marketing and sales of ultrafiltration membranes and water treatment applications, and earlier positions at Eka Chemicals, Facere Participações Ltda, Evonik Degussa Corporation, Dow Chemical, and Nalco, focusing on technical sales in chemical products and water treatment solutions. Ricardo holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from USP and an MBA from Ibmec.
