Fabio's achievements include successfully closing projects, implementing cost-control measures, and adapting global processes to local market requirements. Fabio's educational background includes degrees in Mechanical Engineering from USP and the University of Stuttgart, as well as completing leadership and management modules at ESMT Berlin. At Gafisa, Microsoft, and Bosch, Fabio gained experience in sales, marketing, and R&D through intern and trainee positions.
