Sonja Geuer

Sonja Geuer has extensive experience in IT training and learning solutions, currently serving as the Head of IT Training & Learning Solutions and Head of Global IT Training & Knowledge at LANXESS since January 2005. Prior to this role, Sonja worked as an SAP Training & Projektmanager at Bayer from May 1999 to January 2005. Sonja holds a Diplom in Pädagogik, Psychologie, and Soziologie from the University of Düsseldorf (1993-1999) and has furthered professional development with a degree in Business Coaching from SRH University (2011-2013).
