Wibke Hein

Wibke Hein has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at LANXESS since May 2013 in various roles, including Head of Regional HR Partner, Global HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner Deutschland, Junior HR Business Partner Deutschland, and Trainee HR Services. Prior to this, Wibke completed an internship in Personalentwicklung / Personalmarketing at LANXESS from February to September 2012 and another internship in Personal- und Führungskräfteentwicklung at Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall from June to September 2011. Wibke also pursued education in Change Concepts at Bonn from September 2021 to October 2022.
