William Morse

Will qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and joined Lanyon Bowdler from Cheltenham practice Willans, he is a key member of the teams in Hereford, Bromyard and Ludlow.

He is a partner in the employment team and heads up Lanyon Bowdler's education team.

Will is an employment law specialist advising clients who are employers and who are employees. He is an experienced employment tribunal advocate and has advised clients in relation to proceedings before the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, he is an experienced advocate in the full range of employment claims for both claimants and respondents, including in relation to TUPE issues, equal pay and whistle blowing.

Will combines commercial and tactical awareness with a practical, hands-on style, he has extensive experience working with schools, colleges and academies.
