Ines Martinez has an extensive work experience in various fields. In 2016, they worked as a trainee student at Ines Bragado Pharmacy and orthopaedics. The following year, they continued their trainee student role at Hospital Fundación Jiménez Díaz. In 2018, they briefly worked as the Manager of Research and Development at Calidad Pascual. In 2019, they joined Deloitte Spain as a Consultant at the Healthcare & LifeScience team. In 2019 and 2020, they became a member of Nova Talent. In 2020, they co-founded Farma Leaders Talento, the largest community of professionals in the pharmaceutical industry in Spain. Ines also took on the role of Mentor in the GPS Program at Universidad CEU San Pablo. In 2021, Farma Leaders Talento was selected by Lanzadera, where Ines participated in the startup accelerator program. In 2022, they moved on to the Traction program at Lanzadera. Throughout their career, they have been involved in various projects and gained valuable experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, and sales.

In 2013 to 2019, Ines Martinez attended Universidad CEU San Pablo and obtained a degree in Biotecnología y Farmacia. Ines'sfield of study focused on servicios sanitarios and ciencias de la salud, in general.

In 2016 to 2017, Ines Martinez participated in a Convenio Bilateral program at Universidade Estadual de Campinas, studying Farmacia.

In 2019, Ines Martinez completed an internship at the Bioscience Institute of Cardiff University.

In 2019 to 2020, Ines Martinez pursued an MBA in Farmacia y Biotecnología at Talento Farmacéutico y Sanitario Business School.

In June 2020, Ines Martinez obtained a certification in Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki.
