Irene Campo Frías

Irene Campo Frías has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Irene co-founded Farma Leaders Talento in 2020, a platform for talent empowerment and career development in the biopharmaceutical sector. At Lanzadera, they participated in the Traction project for Farma Leaders Talento, where they received training on innovative cultures and entrepreneurship. Irene also worked as a Mentor in the GPS Program at Universidad CEU San Pablo in 2020 and became a member of Nova Talent in 2021.

In 2019, Irene worked at Merck Group as an MSL Junior for Allergy, Endocrinology & General Medicine. Irene also held a role as a Medical Strategy & Operations Trainee. Prior to that, they were an Artistic Women Gymnastics Coach at Club Escuela Gimnasia Majadahonda and a Gymnastics Campus Coach and Women Artistics Gymnastics Coach at Club Flip-Flap Zaragoza.

In 2017, Irene gained research experience as a Research Intern at Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute at Trinity College Dublin, where they were involved in various laboratory techniques and microscopy.

Irene Campo Frías has a diverse education history. Irene began their education by obtaining a Biotechnology Degree from the Universidad de Zaragoza from 2014 to 2017. Irene then pursued further studies and completed a Degree in Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Bath between 2017 and 2018.

In 2019, Irene enrolled in Talento Farmacéutico y Sanitario Business School to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specialized in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industry. Irene completed this program in 2020. During the same year, they also attended ThePower Business School and obtained a certification in Agile Methodologies.

Before their MBA, Irene had already obtained various certifications. In 2016, they became an Artistic Gymnastics Coach Level 1 through the Federacion Navarra de Gimnasia. In 2018, they achieved the Council of Europe Level C2 English certification from Cambridge Assessment English. In 2020, they obtained certifications in "Elements of AI" from the University of Helsinki and "Cómo superar los sesgos cognitivos" from LinkedIn.
