Ray Hoffman

Ray Hoffman has a strong background in legal counsel and management. Ray currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel at LanzaJet. Prior to this, Ray worked at UOP LLC as the Assistant General Counsel, where they were responsible for global management of legal activities, including M&A, policy/regulatory compliance, training, litigation, IP licensing, and dispute resolution. Ray also served as the Interim General Counsel, leading a team of 18 legal personnel and ensuring timely legal support. Before UOP LLC, Ray was the General Counsel - ACS Global Sourcing at Honeywell, providing advice and support to the ACS sourcing/procurement group. Ray also coordinated legal advice across multiple jurisdictions and within the worldwide legal department. Ray began their career as a Partner at Gray Plant Mooty.

Ray Hoffman has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Ceramic Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Law from the University of Minnesota Law School.
