Alice Picault

Alice Picault has a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in various roles at different companies. Alice is currently the Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at LanzaTech, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CDK Global as the Director of Technical Accounting from October 2020 to April 2022.

Alice also has extensive experience at KPMG, where they held multiple roles in their Deal Advisory - Accounting Advisory Services department. Alice was a Director from October 2018 to October 2020, a Manager from October 2016 to October 2018, and a Senior Associate from September 2014 to October 2016. Before joining KPMG, Alice worked at KPMG Luxembourg as a Senior Advisor from September 2013 to August 2014 and as a Financial Auditor from October 2010 to September 2013.

Alice's career began at PwC, where they worked as a Financial Auditor from January 2010 to April 2010. Alice also gained early professional experience as a Junior Forex counselor at TokiwaInvestment Inc. from January 2009 to April 2009.

Alice Picault received their Master 2 degree in Corporate Finance from ESSCA, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Baccalaureat in sciences at lycée guist'hau from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, Alice has obtained certifications in "Forecasting Using Financial Statements" from LinkedIn in 2021 and as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Illinois Board of Examiners in 2016.
