Chansamone Phongchantha

Chansamone Phongchantha began their work experience in 2002 as an Assistant to JICA Expert at the Lao-Japan Human Resource Cooperation Center. In 2007, they joined the Lao Brewery Company as a Brand Manager and later transitioned into roles such as Trade Marketing Manager and Carlsberg & New Business Development Manager. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Trade Marketing and Channel Manager at the same company. Most recently, Chansamone has been working at the Lao Brewery Company as a Marketing Manager before becoming the Marketing Director in March 2021. In addition to their corporate experience, they have also served as the President of the Lao Volleyball Federation since January 2017.

Chansamone Phongchantha's education history begins with earning an Advanced Diploma in International Business from Victoria University, which took place from 2005 to 2006. Later, from 1997 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the National University of Laos. Continuing their academic journey, Chansamone Phongchantha completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the National University of Laos between 2012 and 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Chansamone Phongchantha has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These certifications include "Transitioning from Manager to Leader" obtained from LinkedIn in September 2022, "Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise" obtained in October 2021, "Inclusive Leadership" obtained in October 2021, "Supply Chain Foundations" obtained in July 2021, "Strategic Human Resources" obtained in June 2021, "Neuromarketing: Tap Into your Customer's Primal Brain" obtained in May 2021, and "Social Media Marketing for Small Business" obtained in May 2021.
