Mehrdad Aslani

Mehrdad Aslani is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program coordination, research, and education. Currently serving as Program Coordinator and previously as Case Manager at Lao Family Community Development, Inc. since December 2021, Mehrdad also worked as a Research Assistant at the Center for Iranian Diaspora Studies from September 2019 to May 2021. Prior roles include Mathematics Tutor at Berkeley City College from January 2015 to August 2018, Interpreter at Immigration & Notary Services from January 2012 to June 2014, and Marketing Manager at Pishgaman Andisheh Poya from March 2007 to June 2009. Mehrdad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government, International Relations and Affairs, and Persian Studies from San Francisco State University, along with an Associate’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Berkeley City College.
