Khaeher Yerliaxer

Khaeher YERLIAXER currently serves as the Deputy Manager of the Digital Business Development Department at Lao Telecom Company Ltd. since June 2021, overseeing the International Roaming Business. Prior to this role, Khaeher held the position of Deputy Manager of the Corporate Sales Department, managing IIG circuits. Khaeher's experience includes a tenure as Chief of International Relations and Business Development Manager at Best Telecom Laos, where responsibilities involved government relations for business licenses and telecommunications. From May 2011 to November 2020, Khaeher worked at Vimpelcom Lao Co., Ltd as an International Business Development Manager, managing international roaming agreements with over 415 telecom operators globally. Khaeher's career began at Millicom (Tigo) as a Mobile Network Switching Engineer. Khaeher holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, a Higher Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering, and an Associated Diploma in Automotive Engineering Technology.
