Thomas Dillon

Thomas Dillon is an experienced Civil Engineer currently serving as an Executive Engineer in the Roads Department and capital projects at Laois County Council since September 2024. Previous roles include positions at Kilkenny County Council as an Executive Engineer and Assistant Engineer from August 2018 to September 2025, and as a Manager at Andy Fogarty Concrete, where Thomas oversaw a precast flooring plant specializing in various concrete products. Additionally, as a Civil Engineering Project Manager at Denis Moriarty The Kerries Ltd from March 2010 to November 2016, Thomas delivered renewable energy projects, including wind farms.
