Christian Zimmermann

Christian Zimmermann has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christian co-founded Laori Drinks in 2019 and also worked as a project manager at ignore gravity GmbH from December 2018 to March 2019. Prior to that, they were a research associate and scientific assistant at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2020. In 2015, Christian was a member of the team at 49Foodpreneurs Accelerator. Christian also gained experience as a laboratory assistant at Borer Chemie from 2009 to 2010.

Christian Zimmermann received their Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences in 2013. Christian then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Food and Beverage Innovation at the same university, completing it in 2015. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Christian attended the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Bern from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained training as a Laboratory Assistant.
