Stella-Oriana Strüfing

Stella-Oriana Strüfing has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Stella-Oriana started their career at UNITY as a working student, where they gained experience in management consulting and contributed to improving operational excellence. Stella-Oriana then worked as a mentor at Leuphana Digital School, supporting and guiding students in their professional development. Stella-Oriana also served as a project manager at Universität Lüneburg's Innovations Inkubator, where they managed innovation projects. Stella-Oriana later joined Valsight GmbH as an executive assistant, assisting in the development of their software solution for enterprise steering. Their next role was as a startup coach at Beuth Hochschule für Technik Berlin, where they provided guidance and support to startup ventures. Currently, Stella-Oriana is the CEO and co-founder of Laori Drinks, a position they have held since 2018. In addition, they are an EO Accelerator Member at Entrepreneurs' Organization, where they benefit from networking and learning opportunities.

Stella-Oriana Strüfing's education history is as follows:

From 2007 to 2011, they attended Leuphana University Lüneburg, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sustainability Management.

In 2009, they also briefly studied at ETEA Facultad de Ciencias Economicas y Empresariales de la Universidad de Cordoba, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration.

Continuing their education, from 2011 to 2014, Stella-Oriana Strüfing pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship at the Berlin Institute of Technology.

Simultaneously, from 2012 to 2014, they also studied at the University of Twente, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Their focus during this time was in the fields of Business Administration, Innovation Management, and Entrepreneurship.
