Sheilah Robertson has had a diverse work experience. Sheilah began their career as a Professor of anesthesia and pain management at the University of Florida in 1999. After working there for 12 years, they moved on to become the Assistant Director of Animal Welfare at AVMA in 2012. In 2014, Sheilah joined Michigan State University as an Associate Professor, and later became the Senior Medical Director at Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in 2017.
Sheilah Robertson's education history began in 1976 when they enrolled in the University of Glasgow. Sheilah completed their studies in 1980, earning a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVMS) with honors, specializing in Veterinary Medicine. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Bristol from 1981 to 1984, where they were awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Veterinary Medicine. Sheilah has not provided any information regarding their education beyond these experiences.
