Kali Das Muniandi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kali Das started their career in 2015 as a Customer Relations Manager at Subhome Management Sdn Bhd, where they handled property management and maintenance works, tenant management, rent collection, and analytics reporting. In 2016, they worked at Tech Mahindra as a Customer Support Associate, where they were responsible for administering the MasterCard Connect application, providing access to bank and financial institutions, and assisting users with setup. Kali Das also had duties such as approving MIM contacts and managing work queues. From 2017 to 2021, Kali served as a Senior Operations Executive at FM Global Logistics, where they were involved in operations management. In 2021, they joined TREVO as an Incident Response Specialist, where they provided guidance to users in accidents and late returns, managed expectations of users and car hosts, and implemented cost-efficient processes. Currently, Kali is working at Lapasar as an Operations Lead, starting in 2023.
