Agalya Nandakumar

Agalya Nandakumar has extensive experience in human resources, having served in various leadership roles in prominent organizations. At BNP Paribas, Agalya held the position of Lead HRBP for the Client Operations Centre for Excellence from August 2020 to July 2022, and also worked as Vice President in Human Resources. Prior to this, Agalya was with Standard Chartered Bank as Assistant Vice President - Human Resources and served as Senior Manager - HR Business Partner at HCL Technologies from January 2005 to March 2017. Agalya holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University.
