Michelle Windom, MSW, LMSW, is a seasoned social worker with extensive experience in community and clinical settings. Since September 2014, Michelle has served as a School Social Worker for Lapeer Community Schools. Concurrently, Michelle has worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the University of Michigan since October 2013, focusing on engaging emerging adults in Emergency Room settings and facilitating research through survey production, budget management, and participant support. Previous roles include Clinical Subjects Associate at the University of Michigan, Child Specialist at Terry Matlock School of Performing Arts, Manager at Dairy Queen, and Youth Specialist at Whaley Children's Center. Michelle holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Grand Valley State University.
