José Eduardo Romero Baltazar

José Eduardo Romero Baltazar has been working in the tech industry since 2020. José Eduardo began their career as a Junior React Developer at INTE & SIDI VEGE S.A.P.I DE C.V. In 2021, they joined LaPieza as a Senior React Developer, where they implemented and created best practices for platform maintenance using React.js and Node. José Eduardo also migrated the ATS platform, updating libraries and migrating to different technologies to improve performance. This resulted in a 40% improvement in performance, solution of high-impact bugs, and increased scalability of the project. As an Intern React Developer, José Eduardo also completed basic maintenance tasks for the platform, created an AI for filtering candidates with rules and tests proposed by the companies for the vacancies, and made changes to make the modules more scalable.
