Martin Čupeľa

Martin Čupeľa has a wide range of work experience. Martin started out as an Engineering Recruitment Consultant at Grafton Recruitment in 2011. In 2013, they began working as an HR Specialist and Data Analyst at IBM, where they were responsible for HR System & Attendance System, Reporting, Control & Report Automation, and Legal Analysis. In 2016, Martin moved on to become an HRIS Analyst II at NetSuite, where they created automated reports and scripts for data analysis using Python and VBA. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at ENGETO as a Company Strategy Consultant, Tech Team Leader, Full Stack Developer, and Python Instructor. Since 2021, Martin has been a React SDK Developer at Stream.

Martin Čupeľa attended Masaryk University Brno from 2006 to 2012 and obtained an Mgr. in Psychology. Martin also attended Technische Universität Dresden from 2009 to 2010 to study Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
