Gregory Bogush

Gregory Bogush is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and research within the materials and chemical sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Lapmaster Wolters International LLC since August 2016, Gregory specializes in optimizing processes for fine grinding, lapping, and polishing across diverse materials. Prior roles include Process Engineer at Rubicon Technology, focusing on wafer lapping and edge grinding, and Research Scientist at Peter Wolters of America, where Gregory led the development of slurry and abrasive products. Additional experience includes a tenure at Cabot Microelectronics developing CMP slurry and pad products, as well as a senior research position at Colgate Palmolive. Gregory holds a PhD and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of Delaware, respectively.
