Dave Lalancette is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in food processing, particularly in the brewing, dairy, and wine sectors. As President and Partner in Charge of Food and Beverage at Laporte Consultants since January 2000, Dave has successfully managed more than 700 projects, including the development and enhancement of processes and the design of major investments across Canada.
