Yuseok Seo

Yuseok Seo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and quality engineering. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at Lapp Group since February 2018, Yuseok leads Lean Kaizen projects focused on cost reduction and process improvement through the application of Lean methodology. Prior to this role, Yuseok held positions as a Supplier Quality Engineer and previously as an Operational Excellence Manager and Quality Engineer at Lapp Korea. Experience also includes a role as Order Management Analyst at Emerson Automation Solutions. Yuseok holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Ajou University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Dankook University.
