Douglas McNeill

Douglas McNeill is currently the CEO at LARADON HALL SOCIETY FOR EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN AND ADULTS. Douglas has previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Middletown Regional Health System from January 1992 to December 2005. In this role, they were responsible for the overall management and operation of the health system. Douglas also served as a Principal and National Healthcare Advisor at Arvina Group, LLC from January 2011 to February 2015. In this role, they were responsible for engaging, directing, and advising clients on issues of growth, strategy, and performance measurement.

Douglas McNeill earned their Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Douglas then went on to earn their Master of Hospital and Health Services Administration from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management through the Sloan Program in Hospital and Health Services Administration.
