Dr. Trisha Goetz, DSW, LCSW, LAC has extensive work experience in the field of mental health. Dr. Trisha began their career in 1991 as an Associate Faculty at Ivy Tech Community College, where they focused on teaching successful employee practices and preparation. In 1993, they became a Psychotherapist at Bloomington Meadows Hospital, where they were named Quality Leader of the Year in 1994. From 1996 to 2000, they were Self Employed as a Psychotherapist in Private Practice, where they developed and successfully executed business and strategic plans. From 2000 to 2005, they were employed at ResCare, where they held various positions, including Program Director, Clinical Director, and Executive and Clinical Director. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Residential Director at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. From 2008 to 2015, they were employed at STRIDE Community Health Center, where they held various positions, including Associate Director of Behavioral Health and Director of Clinical Quality. From 2019 to 2020, they were Clinical Director at Mountain Springs Recovery. Currently, they are Chief Clinical Officer/Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at Laradon, where they provide 24/7 Operational and Clinical oversight with a multi-million-dollar budget, supervises clinical staff and interns, and onboard new Directors.

Dr. Trisha Goetz, DSW, LCSW, LAC has a Doctorate in Social Work from Walden University (2017), a Master's Degree in Social Work from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (1993), and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (1987). Dr. Trisha has also obtained certifications as a Licensed Addiction Counselor from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (2003), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (2001), and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association (2019).
