Timothy Ariza

Tim Ariza, MA, BCBA has over 8 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Tim began their career in 2012 as a Behavior Analyst at Esperanza Community Services. In 2013, they were promoted to Clinical Supervisor at the Center for Autism & Related Disorders, Inc. In 2015, they moved to Giant Steps as a Behavior Analyst. In 2017, they joined ABA of Illinois, LLC. as a Behavior Analyst and in 2019 they were promoted to Assistant Director of Adult Behavioral Services at Laradon. Tim Ariza, MA, BCBA obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2010 and their Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2012. Tim also holds a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
