Yolanda Meberg has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Yolanda started their career as a Consultant at Lawson Software, where they recommended personnel reorganization for medical vertical applications. Yolanda then moved on to MediaOne Group/AT&T Broadband, Corp HQ, where they served as the Manager of Employee Relations, responsible for managing terminations, separations, and risk mitigation related to employee relations issues.
Following that, Yolanda joined Mountain States Employers Council as an HR Consultant for long-term assignments, providing HR consulting services to various organizations. Yolanda also worked at Milgard Manufacturing as the Manager of Human Resources, leading initiatives to drive results and manage headcount growth. During their time there, they improved the Management By Objective (MBO) process, developed a Diversity training plan, and revitalized the Leadership Development Plan (LDP).
Yolanda then took on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Ludvik Electric Company, where they provided recommendations for policy changes to facilitate organizational growth and culture change.
Most recently, Yolanda has been working at the Laramar Group as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources.
Yolanda Meberg's education history includes a certification in Mediator from ADR in Boulder, CO. Yolanda also holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Development with a focus on Adult Education - Training and Development from Colorado State University. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Adult Education - Training and Development from the University of Wyoming.
